This Women's History Month, Clark Atlanta University senior Kierstyn Alysse hosted the event Applying Pressure: A Women's Panel. The panel, held in CAU's Mass Media Arts building, featured women in public relations: Joydan Dawson, Devin Trowers, Regan Farley, and Topanga Hall.

Seats filled up quickly, and the audience warmed up greatly to the panelists. With pleasant greetings and interactions with the panelists, CAU students showed up not only to support Kierstyn but also to network with professionals who are flourishing in their fields. The conversation took several turns as the panel discussed public relations in fields such as politics and real estate.

Currently serving as Miss. PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America), this event was Kierstyn's final event of the year. In the midst of starting her own Independent Artist Agency, For The Entertainers, she has continued to encourage other students to create a path within the field of media and public relations with events like this one.
